SUPPLIES:

- 3 mm (US 2) crochet hook
- tapestry needle
- yarn calling for a 3.5mm to 4mm hook (Sport weight yarn).
I used Schachenmayr Catania (cotton), and Schoeller&Stahl Limone (cotton)
- fiberfill stuffing
- 1 polystyrene ball 3.15 inches (8 cm) in diameter
- 7 pairs of plastic safety eyes) of 5 mm diameter
- a plastic wooden) ring of 1.2 inches (30 mm) diameter
- a wooden frame of 10 inches (25 cm) in diameter

NOTES:

With a 3mm hook and Sport weight yarn, the hot air balloon will measure 3.15 inches (8 cm) in diameter.
